81 YEAR OLD MODEL CARMEN DELL'OREFICE ROCKS THE RUNWAY @ NEW YORK FASHION WEEK

Carmen Dell'Orefice is 81 year model who recently rocked one of the most prestigious runways in the world; New York Fashion Week (NYFW).

 Carmen, who graced the cover of Vogue magazine in 1947, is the world's first octogenarian model and she still looks stunning.

 At NYFW she walked the Norisol Ferraro S/S 2013 show and for Marimekko.

Dell’Orefice started modeling at the age of 13 after being approached on a bus by the wife of photographer Herman Landschoff. She made the cover of Vogue just two years later at age 15.

With her signature white hair, she is an elegant, classic beauty and she definitely proves that age is nothing but a number.
