TANZANIA FASHION GURU, MUSTAFA HASSANALI LAUNCHED AFRILAAL COLLECTION @ MERCEDES BENZ FASHION WEEK

The Pan African designer, Mustafa Hassanali launched AFRILAAL collection at Mercedes Benz Fashion Week. Hassanali pursues fashion as a religion and is considered a fashion guru because of his great designs and A-list clientele. Afrilaal is Mustafa Hassanli FIFTH collection in year 2012, and his NINTH show in SOUTH AFIRCA. This named AFRILAAL is coined from. “Afri” a short from of Africa and “Laal” Hindi for Colour red summates however vast and varied Africa is but the Colour of blood flowing through our veins is same. This collection in addition will be used to advocate awareness of the reality of HIV/AIDS, thus SEE RED, THINK HIV/AIDS.  Mustafa Hassanali has previously launched Afrikalos collection in Lagos Nigeria, Wedding collection in Dar es Salaam, Ramadhan Collection in Dakar, Senegal and Pink Desert Collection in Gaborone, Botswana. And it has shown at Fashion extravaganza in Kampala, Uganda and Bangalore fashion week in India in the year 2012. Designer Mustafa Hassanali, a celebrated name in Tanzania pursues fashion as a religion. His personable and affable demeanour in parallel with his bohemian work of art has made him amidst the premier and popular designers not only in Tanzania but Africa.
