Sindiso Khumalo is a South African architect turned designer. She founded her womenswear brand Sindiso Khumalo and showcased her SS13 collection recently in the Elle Magazine Rising Star Competition. The collection showcases beautiful contemporary textile print designs characterized by geometric shapes. The structural cut of the pieces also hints at the founder’s background in architecture. The pieces have hints of minimalism, but the beautiful bold textile prints and colors make each piece stand out.
