FASHION CRIME: CAUSING PUBLIC NUISANCE WITH WRONG DRESS FOR BODY TYPE

I'm really finding it difficult to describe the type of crime committed by the lady in above picture. Knowing your body type will give you full sense of what fit the body.
Am sure she got style because of the combination but just on the wrong body type. What she seems to achieve by wearing it, is what I can't figure out because it doesn't speak well on her shapeless body.
My judgement, I hereby sentence you to (1) Gym and serious yoga and (2) fasting for 6months. All the sentence are without bail.....Lol
