FASHION CRIME: NAKED BUTTOCK IN PUBLIC

This is definitely not sexy and nothing fashionable about it. Should I say it's trashy or shabby? Only shameless or lady without value or class will surely wear this type of dress to public event.
Sending this lady to psychiatric hospital for mental check up and one year community services wouldn't be a bad idea. What do you think?
