To be considered for the program, the designer must fulfill the criteria below and fill out the following application:

1. Has been in the business of fashion design for a minimum of 7 years
2. Has demonstrated the ability to produce collections to a high level of consistent production
3. Can demonstrate international sales growth
4. Has a business strategy for international growth
