The event will be hosted by former Miss Tourism Zimbabwe,
Rumbidzai Mudzengere and is being organized by Rose Moyo and Mercy Mushaninga,
founder of Zim Gossip Modelling agency, with support from the Ministry of
Sport, Arts and Culture.
“Our first black Miss Zimbabwe, Shirley Nyanyiwa- Chingoka
is one of the guests of honour. She will share her story and we are happy how
this will make a greater impact to the modelling industry. I am happy with how
some of the corporate sponsors have chipped in.” Mushaninga said
Panel of judges will
include Deputy Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture, Tabetha Kanengoni-alinga.
Nominees have emerged for various categories, including-Best
Model, Best Commercial Model, Best Promotional Model, Best Pageant Model,
Outstanding Charity Project, Most Talented Model, Best fashion Model, Best
Label, Best Fashion Show, Best Photographer, Best Fashion and Beauty Journalist
and a host of others.
